Submission Description

'Remembrances' explores both memory and time, where the reflections of the past are woven into our vision for the future. This assemblage show depicts ruminations of history and personal experiences that shape our path forward. Each piece in the exhibition is a piece of a larger narrative that captures moments of nostalgia, loss, and evolution through a wide range of materials and techniques. The artists delve into the complex relationship between what has been and what is, and what is yet to come, offering a deeply moving meditation on the power of memory to inform and inspire the future.

Assemblage definition: Assemblage is an artistic form or medium usually created on a defined substrate that consists of three-dimensional elements projecting out of or from the substrate. It is similar to collage, a two-dimensional medium.
